Diodes Incorporated UX22 / UX252 Ultra-Low Jitter Crystal Oscillators

Diodes Incorporated UX22 / UX252 Ultra-Low Jitter Crystal Oscillators are optimized to save board space and provide ultra-low jitter performance at 0.1ps maximum. This XO series supports a wide frequency range from 100MHz to 212.5MHz, and options include 2.5VDD or 3.3VDD and various stabilities. The 2.5V or 3.3V power supply supports common power rails. UX22 / UX252 crystal oscillators are ideal for applications where small size and ultra-low jitter are important, such as 40G / 100G / 400G optical modules. These crystals also meet the low-jitter clock source specifications for communication systems and other high-performance equipment with limited board space.
