Diodes Incorporated PI3USB4000DZUAEX 1:2 Mux/Demux Switch

Diodes Incorporated PI3USB4000DZUAEX 1:2 Mux/Demux Switch passes USB2.0 signal with bandwidth 1GHz to maintain signal integrity and eye diagram open. The switch features off-protection for current leakage in power-down mode, ESD protection, and low power consumption. The PI3USB4000DZUAEX switch includes C0+/C0- pins that can tolerate up to 24V and Over Voltage Protection (OVP) that is implemented at 4.75V. The switch operates at -40°C to 85°C temperature range and stored at 60°C to 150°C storage temperature range. The PI3USB4000DZUAEX switch offers a 2.7V to 5.5V wide supply voltage range and 0V to 5.5V wide input voltage range. This switch functions at 1GHz wide bandwidth, 35µA low power consumption, and 0.25ns low propagation delay. Typical applications include a smartphone, USB-C application, tablets, NB, PC, AIO, desktop, PC, DVD/Blu-ray, infotainment and telematics, monitors, and security.
