Diodes Incorporated DMP4006SPSWQ 40V P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET is designed to meet the stringent requirements of automotive applications. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 and supported by a PPAP. The Diodes Incorporated DMP4006SPSWQ offers 100% Unclamped Inductive Switch (UIS) test in production, low on-resistance, and fast switching speed. The device comes in a wettable flank for improved optical inspections, lead-free finish, RoHS compliant, halogen, and antimony-free “Green” device. Typical applications include reverse polarity protection, BLDC motor control, power management functions, and system/load switch.
