Diodes Incorporated AP68065xQ/AP68105xQ Synchronous Buck Converters

Diodes Inc. AP68065xQ/AP68105xQ Synchronous Buck Converters are AEC-Q100 qualified converters suitable for automotive applications requiring specific change control. The AP680650Q/AP680651Q and AP681050Q/AP681051Q are adjustable-switching-frequency, constant-on-time control DC-DC buck converters. These devices can adjust the switching frequency from 300kHz to 600kHz. The AP680652Q and AP680652Q can program the MODE while operating at a fixed 300kHz frequency. These Diodes Inc. devices fully integrate 530mΩ high-side and 220mΩ low-side power MOSFETs to provide highly efficient step-down DC-DC conversion. The converters are available in a standard Green SO-8EP package.

The AP68065xQ/AP68105xQ converters enable a continuous load current of up to 1A with up to 92% efficiency. The devices are easy to use, minimizing external component count through the adoption of Constant On-Time (COT) control to achieve fast transient response, easy loop stabilization, and low output voltage ripple. With high integration and minimal external component requirements, the Diodes Inc. AP68065XQ/AP68105XQ simplifies board layout and reduces space requirements, ideal for distributed power architecture.
