Diodes Incorporated AL8890Q/AL88902Q 60V Synchronous Buck Converters
Diodes Incorporated AL8890Q/AL88902Q 60V Synchronous Buck Converters offer internal compensation and switching frequency adjustable up to 2.5MHz. The devices integrate a 120mΩ high-side and a 55mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency DC-DC conversion. The AL8890Q enables a continuous load current of up to 3.5A, while the AL88902Q enables up to 2.5A, with efficiency as high as 95% in enhanced bias. The devices feature current mode control operation, facilitating easy loop stabilization and supporting a wide range of output loading. The devices suit CV (constant voltage) and CC (constant current) applications. The Diodes Incorporated AL8890Q/AL88902Q converters simplify board layouts and reduce space requirements with a high switching frequency and use smaller-size inductors/built-in MOSFET, making the devices ideal for power management. The converters are in wettable Flank U-QFN4040- 16/SWP (Type UXB) packages.Features
