Diodes Incorporated D3V3Z1BD2CSP Bidirectional TVS Diode
Diodes Incorporated D3V3Z1BD2CSP Bidirectional TVS Diode is a 0.3pF low capacitance ESD protection device designed to protect high-speed differential lines. Transient-Voltage-Suppressor (TVS) diode is used for Electrical Overstress (EOS) due to its high peak pulse current capability (10.5A and tP is 8/20µs). The D3V3Z1BD2CSP diode features a low-peak ESD clamping voltage and high ESD withstand voltage (+/-20kV contacts per IEC 61000-4-2). This TVS diode also supports a maximum low reverse leakage current of 50nA at 3.3V reverse voltage and extremely low clamping voltage to protect sensitive I/Os. Typical application includes USB3.0, USB3.1, USB3.2 Gen 2 x 2, USB type-C, HDMI 1.4, HDMI 2.0, HDMI 2.1, Thunderbolt 2, Thunderbolt 3, 10G Ethernet, and WiFi-6 AnT.Features
