Digi XBee® XR PRO RF Modules
Digi XBee® XR PRO RF Modules are compact, reliable solutions for deploying long-range connectivity applications. Pre-certified for use in multiple countries, the modules operate from 902MHz to 928MHz and are over-the-air compatible with Digi XBee SX PRO RF modules. Easily configured with the Digi XBee Studio software or via simplified AT and API command sets, the XBee XR PRO modules feature integrated antennas. These antennas eliminate the need for complex RF designs and reduce development costs, helping speed time-to-market for OEM applications.
Designed for reliability in harsh environments, the Digi modules use Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) and operate across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The devices support point-to-point and DigiMesh networking with line-of-sight communication up to 18km, making the modules ideal for long-range applications such as agriculture and energy systems. Additionally, these XBee XR PRO RF modules provide a complete hardware and software ecosystem, including development kits and tools that support the full Internet of Things (IoT) lifecycle from prototyping to deployment and long-term management.
