Coherent 800G ZR/ZR+ Transceivers

Coherent 800G ZR/ZR+ Transceivers combine a high-efficiency indium phosphide modulator and receiver with a built-in tunable laser in ultracompact QSFP-DD and OSFP forms. The transceivers feature a high output power and digital coherent optics (DCO), which plug directly into QSFP-DD and OSFP slots on IP routers. The Coherent 800G ZR/ZR+ Transceivers are built on the 140 GBaud IC-TROSA and support QPSK, 8QAM, and 16QAM modulation formats. The transceivers provide direct connections to access, metro, and regional DWDM transport networks without intermediary interfaces. The ZR/ZR+ transceivers are ideal for optical communication networks and artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) applications.
