ATI Industrial Automation QC-40 Robotic Tool Changers

ATI Industrial Automation QC-40 Robotic Tool Changers offer in-body lock and unlock sensing and are twice as strong as the QC-20. No-Touch locking technology allows up to 3.0mm plate separation when locking. The QC-40 includes a Fail-Safe locking mechanism design that results in low force acting on the piston. All locking parts of these ATI Tool Changers are made of Rc58 stainless steel. The improved QC-40Q features eight connections for passing air or a vacuum through the tool changer. Two connections are available to supply pneumatic pressure for coupling and uncoupling the tool changer.
