Analog Devices MAX32666 Arm Cortext-M4 FPU MCU with BLUETOOTH 5 is an advanced systems-on-chip designed for sensors, wearables, and game devices. The microcontroller also features an Arm® Cortex®-M4 with Floating-point Unit (FPU) CPU for the efficient computation of complex functions and algorithms with integrated power management. The device has BLUETOOTH® 5 Low Energy radio with support for long range (4x) and high throughput (2Mbps) and Analog Devices hardware security suite trust protection unit (TPU). The device offers large onboard memory with 1MB flash and up to 560KB SRAM that can be configured as 448KB SRAM with error correction coding (ECC).The Analog Devices MAX32666 Arm® Cortex-M4 FPU MCU with BLUETOOTH 5 is available in a WLP109 package with a 0.35mm pitch and a CTBGA121 package with a 0.65mm pitch.
