Analog Devices Inc. LTM®4682 Low-Profile μModule® Regulators
Analog Devices LTM®4682 Low-Profile μModule® Regulators are 31.25A quad or 125A single step-down power micromodule DC/DC regulators. These devices feature remote configurability and telemetry monitoring of power management parameters over PMBus. Optimized for higher bandwidth and transient responses, the LTM4682 series comprises digitally programmable analog control loops. Analog Devices LTM4682 regulators are offered in a 15mm x 22mm x 5.71mm BGA package with a SnPb or RoHS-compliant terminal finish.
The LTM4682’s two-wire serial interface allows outputs to be margined, tuned, and ramped up/down at programmable slew rates with sequencing delay times. True input current sense, output currents, output voltages, output power, temperatures, uptime, and peak values are readable. Custom configuration of the EEPROM contents is not required. At start-up, output voltages, switching frequency, and channel phase angle assignments can be set by pin-strapping resistors.
