ams OSRAM SYNIOS™ E0808 KW EKUQ61.KD/HD LEDs feature a wide Lambertian radiation profile and 112lm/W efficacy at a maximum forward current of 15mA. These LEDs use flip-chip (AlInGaN) technology and are AEC-Q102 qualified. The SYNIOS E0808 KW EKUQ61.KD/HD LEDs come in a compact package that enables a homogenous appearance, avoiding the halo effect and a small 3.5mm Optical Distance (OD). This enables the flexibility to use in both small (~5mm) and standard (~7-10mm) pitch sizes, depending on the customer's secondary optics solution, proposing the flexibility to design the BLU following different display requirements. The SYNIOS E0808 KW EKUQ61.KD/HD LEDs are designed for use in thin and high-resolution direct backlight applications as well as standard direct backlighting solutions.
