Allegro MicroSystems ACS37200 Ultra-Compact High-Current Sensors
Allegro MicroSystems ACS37200 Ultra-Compact High-Current Sensors are fully integrated current sensors that sense current flowing through the primary conductor of a compact 8-pin PSOF package. With a very low internal conductor resistance of 50μΩ, the LX package can measure currents up to 200A. Two Hall plates sense the current differentially to provide common-mode field rejection and optimize performance in the presence of external magnetic fields.
Allegro factory-calibrates the ACS37200 for high accuracy across the entire operating temperature range. This automotive-qualified, Grade 0 device operates at temperatures between -40°C and +150°C. These devices are offered in 5V and 3.3V supply voltage variants, with current-sensing ranges from 100A to 200A. The device features an overcurrent fault output with a user-configurable threshold and a dedicated voltage-reference pin that outputs the zero-current analog signal.
Allegro MicroSystems offers the ACS37200 as a lead-free (Pb-free) device with 100% matte tin plating, ensuring compatibility with standard lead-free printed circuit board assembly processes.
