The Advanced Energy 5540A is calibrated at multiple available frequency points, creating a single meter that can replace multiple existing power sensors. These power meters offer rich functionality and an easy-to-use design. The 5540A is ideal for use in semiconductor applications, where measurement certainty and repeatability are imperative. These power meters are powered by a standard USB 2.0 port, external battery, or AC power outlet using off-the-shelf USB adapters.
