Littelfuse SP1326 TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP1326 TVS Diode Arrays use a proprietary silicon avalanche technology to provide high ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection for electronic equipment. These TVS diode arrays can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without compromising equipment performance. The bidirectional discrete SP1326 series can safely dissipate 4A of 8/20μs surge current (IEC 61000-4-5 2nd edition) with very low clamping voltages. These Littelfuse diode arrays are space-efficient, RoHS compliant, as well as halogen and lead-free. SP1326 TVS diode arrays feature a low leakage current of 0.02μA (typical) at 5V and achieve an MSL -1 Moisture Sensitivity Level rating.
