Littelfuse SC11xx Discrete Unidirectional TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SC11xx Discrete Unidirectional TVS Diodes offer a 5V to 22V voltage range, 30A to 270A peak pulse current, 160pF to 660pF diode capacitance. SC11x diodes have a robust design and can absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV without performance degradation. These diodes feature a low clamping voltage, low leakage current, and a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) 1. The diodes are lead-free and RoHS compliant.
