Infineon Technologies EVAL-M1-2ED2106S Gate Driver Evaluation Board
Infineon Technologies EVAL-M1-2ED2106S Gate Driver Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the 2ED2106S06F 650V High and Low Side Gate Driver. Based on Silicon-on-Isolator (SOI) technology, the Infineon Technologies 2ED2106S06F features an integrated ultra-fast, low-resistance bootstrap diode and a negative VS transient immunity of 100V.The EVAL-M1-2ED2106S Evaluation Board features a complete power drive circuit, including gate driver ICs, IGBTs, a power connector, and a signal interface. The board is intended to drive a BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) motor by connecting to an external controller board such as the EVAL-M1-101T Evaluation Control Board.
