Infineon Technologies BTS50025-1TAD Smart High-Side Power Switch
Infineon Technologies BTS50025-1TAD Smart High-Side Power Switch is designed to drive high current loads up to 60A. The high current loads are ideal for automotive applications such as switched battery couplings, power distribution switches, heaters, and glow plugs. The 2.5mΩ single-channel power switch IC comes embedded in a PG-TO-263-7-10 package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. The power transistor is built by an N-channel power MOSFET with a charge pump.
