Texas Instruments UCC34141-Q1 Isolated DC/DC Modules
Texas Instruments UCC34141-Q1 Isolated DC/DC Modules feature TI's IsoShield technology, a proprietary multichip packaging solution that delivers up to three times the power density of discrete solutions in isolated power designs. These automotive-qualified DC/DC power modules offer high isolation voltage and deliver power to SiC and IGBT isolated gate drivers. The UCC34141-Q1's proprietary integrated transformer, advanced control architectures, and flip-chip package achieve high power density, low noise, and low system BOM. These devices deliver 1.5W typical output power at +85°C ambient temperature, and the highly accurate dual-output voltages can be easily set by resistor dividers, enabling low on-resistance and fast, reliable switching for SiC/IGBT. The UCC34141-Q1 isolated DC/DC modules from TI feature a 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with 8.2mm creepage and clearance to ensure high isolation. The UCC34141-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
