Texas Instruments SN74LVC2G07B-Q1 Automotive Dual Open-Drain Buffer

Texas Instruments SN74LVC2G07B-Q1 Automotive Dual Open-Drain Buffer includes two independent buffers with open-drain outputs. The input pins support high-state input voltages exceeding the supply voltage by using an input protection circuit that does not include a standard positive-clamp diode. The SN74LVC2G07B-Q1 buffer operates over a 1.1V to 5.5V supply voltage range and offers 5.5V-tolerant input pins. This open-drain buffer supports standard pinouts and latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78. The SN74LVC2G07B-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Typical applications include braking systems, hospital patient care, retail automation, and printers.
