Vishay / Sfernice CHTA Thin-Film Termination Resistors

Vishay / Sfernice CHTA Thin-Film Termination Resistors are engineered with extremely low internal reactance and miniaturized 50Ω and 100Ω components. These resistors achieve excellent VSWR performance and deliver a wide frequency range, extending from DC up to 70GHz for the 50Ω CHTA02016 variant. The CHTA termination resistors' optimized land patterns make them suitable for high-frequency circuit designs. These termination resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and feature Pb-free, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant.
