Murrplastik KDT/ZE+ Cable Entry Grommets
Murrplastik KDT/ZE+ Cable Entry Grommets are designed for pre-assembled cables and are compatible with the KDL/E+ cable entry system. These grommets can be retrofitted around existing cables, providing a practical solution when connectors or cable assemblies are already installed. The KDT/ZE+ design offers quick and flexible cable installation while maintaining reliable sealing and cable retention. For increased strain relief, simply add cable ties to help secure cable assemblies. Murrplastik KDT/ZE+ Cable Entry Grommets are approved for railway technology (except for special grommets), combining fire performance with UV resistance and RoHS compliance. The thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) construction offers IP65 protection and a thermal stability range of -40°C to +100°C.
The KDT/ZE+ series is available in multiple sizes to fit various cable diameters within the KDL/E+ cable entry system. The retrofit-friendly design is ideal for transportation, industrial automation, and equipment where pre-assembled cables need to be introduced through an enclosure.
