Infineon Technologies EVAL_AMM12S_2EDR Evaluation Board
Infineon Technologies EVAL_AMM12S_2EDR Evaluation Board is designed for switching tests that tune the gate-driving circuit to the user's requirements. This evaluation board features the CIPOS™ Prime AMM12SxxLB1Z molded module together with EiceDRIVER™ dual-channel gate drivers. The EVAL_AMM12S_2EDR evaluation board incorporates a Low-Voltage (LV) inout domain and a High-Voltage (HV) domain that are separated through a galvanic isolation barrier. This evaluation board supports 5V and 3.3V input voltage ranges and a DC-link voltage up to 840V. Typical applications include On-board charger (OBC), automotive HV DC-DC converter, AC-DC power conversion, EV thermal management system, and Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
