ams OSRAM SFH 7065 Optical Force™ Sensor
ams OSRAM SFH 7065 Optical Force™ Sensor is an ultra-small side-looking Optical Frontend (OFE) for Optical Force Sensing (OFS). This optical force sensor is a multi-chip package featuring 1 emitter and one detector. The Optical Force SFH 7065 sensor is the "side-looking" member of the optical frontend family, optimized for flexible use across touch-sensing requirements. This sensor features a 940nm IR LED, photodiode, and light barrier integrated in a compact 1.9mm x 0.7mm x 0.8mm package. The SFH 7065 sensor operates at -40°C to +85°C temperature range. The SFH 7065 sensor is ideal for flexible use in optical force and touch sensing, home and automation, home appliances, e-bikes, and power tools.
