ZZZ-Finwave Semiconductor FW2001-EVB Evaluation Board
Finwave Semiconductor FW2001-EVB is designed to evaluate the FW2001 high-power GaN SPDT RF switch. This RF switch features a 20W pulsed or 10W CW power handling and 85ns switching time or 200ns settling time. The FW2001 RF switch supports extended low-frequency operation down to 9kHz and is capable of hot switching. Typical applications include test and measurement systems and L, S, C, and X-band radio and RADAR modules.
