The QPA1022D features >4W saturated output power and 24dB large-signal gain while achieving >40% power-added efficiency. Qorvo QPA1022D 4W GaN Power Amplifier has an 8.5GHz to 11GHz frequency range and is matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking capacitors at RF output and DC grounded input port.
