595D Solid Tantalum Max CV Chip Capacitors

The 595D series is conformal coated and features a large capacitance rating range (1 µF to 1500 µF) and a voltage rating of 4 WVDC to 50 WVDC. The Vishay / Sprague 595D Solid Tantalum Maximum CV Chip Capacitors feature Tin (2) standard terminations and are RoHS compliant to directive 2002/95/EC.
