Fastener Applications in Commercial ESS

PEM Fastener Applications in Commercial Energy Storage Systems (ESS) include fasteners for every component of a battery ESS. PEM fasteners are IP-rated for ingress protection and fully tested to protect electric vehicle (EV) components from the elements. The fasteners expand and contract to keep joints sealed after thermal expansion. PEM mechanical bolted joints are easy to disassemble and reassemble. Reliable current-conducting joints join busbars, handling high current loads while maintaining low electrical resistance. PEM fasteners are designed to join lighter-weight, dissimilar metals.

Data Center Solutions

Heyco Data Center Solutions feature products that optimize cable management in rack enclosures. The quick and efficient data center solutions include cordgrips, cable ties, connectors, PCB supports, and mounting clips. This lineup is designed to protect signal integrity, improve thermal performance, and protect cables against abrasion. These Heyco data center products keep systems organized and ensure data moves at full speed.
