Automotive Logic ICs

Nexperia Automotive Logic ICs comprise a range of AEC Q100 qualified devices that meet the requirements of automotive applications. These Nexperia automotive devices are designed for an operating environment that is far more hostile than that of semiconductors used in home and portable applications. Automobiles must operate in temperatures lower than -20°C and in some cases operate within the engine compartment at temperatures approaching 125°C. These Automotive Logic ICs feature low power, high reliability, and low ppm. These Nexperia devices are ideal for use in engine control units, body control modules, transmission control units, and electronic instrument clusters.
