eRICA-868 Power Amplifier

LPRS (Low Power Radio Solutions) eRICA-868 Power Amplifier features a small footprint and high transmit power efficiency. This RF amplifier incorporates a Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) and Power Amplifier (PA) that boosts range performance for all easyRadio eRIC-LoRa and eRA-LoRa series RF modules. The eRICA-868 Power Amplifier increases the radiated power from 5dBm to 27dBm input for the transmitting device. An additional gain of up to 10dB is achieved due to the onboard low-noise amplifier. This RF amplifier is RoHS-compliant and features a 15km+ Line of Sight (LoS) range. The eRICA-868 Power Amplifier operates at -40°C to 85°C temperature range, 3V typical supply voltage, and 302mA typical supply current. This RF amplifier is ideally used in rail, security systems, asset tracking, industrial control, sensors, remote monitoring, agriculture, and data logging.
