onsemi NVVR26A120M1WSx Silicon Carbide (SiC) Modules are part of the VE-Trac™ B2 SiC highly integrated power module family for EV and HEV traction inverter applications. These SiC modules integrate a 1200V drain-source voltage in a half-bridge configuration and sintering technology for die attachment to enhance reliability and thermal performance. The NVVR26A120M1WSx modules feature an ultra-low RDS(on), an aluminum nitride isolator, and ultra-low 7.1nH stray inductance. These SiC modules operate within a -40°C to +175°C temperature range and come in AHPM-15 packages. The NVVR26A120M1WSx modules are automotive AQG324 compliant and UL 94V-0 flammability rated.
