Renesas Electronics RAA604S00 Wi-SUN Radio Transceiver operates in the 863MHz to 928MHz frequency range. This Renesas Electronics versatile transceiver includes a physical (PHY) layer, supporting SUN OFDM and SUN FSK with data rates up to 2.4Mbps and 200kbps.
