The ON Semiconductor 600V IPMs are fully integrated inverter power stages suitable for driving permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM). PHE840E, PHE840M Suppression Film Capacitors

KEMET PHE840E and PHE840M Suppression Film Capacitors are Class X2 EMI suppressors that offer small dimensions that include low-profile capacitors. The PHE840E series from KEMET features a new improved design with a capacitance range of 0.01µF to 10µF, a rated voltage of 300VAC 50/60Hz, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The PHE840M series capacitors offer a capacitance range of 0.01µF to 10.0µF, a rated voltage of 275/280VAC, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. KEMET PHE840E and PHE840M Suppression Film Capacitors are metallized polypropylene capacitors that are used worldwide as electromagnetic interference suppressors in all X2 and across-the-line applications.
