These miniature devices feature rugged monolithic construction, while the LTCC fabrication process ensures minimal RF performance variation. The small 1008 ceramic form factor is ideal for dense signal chain PCB layouts, where it complements MMIC size and performance. Mini-Circuits HFHK LTCC High Pass Filters are well-suited to withstand the environmental extremes of high humidity and temperatures from -55°C to 125°C. Suitable applications include 5G sub-6GHz, military, test and measurement, telecommunications, and Wi-Fi 6E®.
