Foam-Core Low-Loss Coaxial Microwave Cables

Temp-Flex Foam-Core Low-Loss Coaxial Microwave Cables combine space-saving features with an effective dielectric. The fluoropolymer insulation eliminates the phase-knee effect and delivers linear electrical length (stable performance) at room temperature. The cables achieve 80% velocity of propagation (VOP) loss characteristics. It also offers shielding greater than 100dB at high frequencies. Applications for the Temp-Flex Foam-Core Loss Loss Microwave Cables include data / telecom / networking, medical, and aerospace, and defense.

Microwave Coaxial Cables

Temp-Flex Microwave Coaxial Cables provide cabling options for data center, telecommunications / networking, medical, and aerospace industries. These rugged cables withstand harsh environments at high frequencies while delivering high performance. The solid-core cables offer a helically wrapped flat wire shield with round or flat braid, while the foam-core cables utilize a foamed dielectric rather than a tape-wrapped expanded PTFE (ePTFE) construction. Both versions from Temp-Flex feature extruded fluoropolymer insulation, which eliminates the phase-knee effect, delivers linear electrical performance at room temperature, and is thermally and mechanically stable at high temperatures.
