Si3406 Isolated Flyback Evaluation Boards

Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si3406 Isolated Flyback Evaluation Boards provide simple and low-cost solutions with different output voltages and power levels. These evaluation boards are reference designs for a power supply in a Power over Ethernet (PoE) Powered Device (PD) application. The Si3406 IC integrates IEEE 802.3 at a compatible PoE interface and the current control-based dc/dc converter. This Si3406 PD integrates a classification circuit, internal rectifier bridge, detection circuit, TVS overvoltage protection, hot swap switch, and dynamic soft-start circuit. The Si3406 evaluation boards feature high efficiency, high integration, low BOM cost, and an integrated diode bridge. These evaluation boards operate at 37V to 57V input voltage range.
