PROFET™ ONE4ALL Daughter Boards

Infineon Technologies PROFET™ ONE4ALL Daughter Boards include one PROFET™ Wire Guard 12V smart high-side switch and are compatible with the PROFET™ ONE4ALL and PROFET™+2 12V motherboard. These boards provide a quick pick-and-place solution for customers' lab evaluations. The motherboard, in combination with the daughterboard, is capable of driving typical automotive loads. These 12V PROFET daughterboards feature a Capacitive Load Switching (CLS) mode, load current sense output, and sequential diagnosis. The protection features include over-temperature, overvoltage, load dump, reverse polarity, short-circuit, and current tripping. The 12V PROFET daughterboards are ideal for driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, glow plugs, heating loads, DC motors, and power distribution.
