SoM-SD520 & SoM-SD720 Arm® System-on-Modules

AMobile Solutions SoM-SD520 and SoM-SD720 Arm® System-on-Modules are powered by the MediaTek Genio G520/G720 processor and integrate the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and an NPU850 AI engine. These modules feature 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, 64GB UFS 3.1 storage, and support Android 14. The SoM-SD520 and SD720 SoMs offer Wi-Fi® 6E, BLUETOOTH® 5.3, and Gigabit Ethernet. These modules support various display interfaces, including MIPI DSI, eDP, and DisplayPort. The SoM-SD520 and SD720 SoMs offer 4K60 video encoding and 4K30 decoding with HEVC/H.264. High-speed interfaces include UART, I2C, SPI, and GPIO, and dual MIPI CSI camera interfaces.
