The SiC material is designed for extreme durability, ensuring stable performance in volatile environments under variable humidity. The relays operate across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Additional features include low switching loss, high breakdown voltage, low ON resistance, and low off-state leakage current. Coto COTOMOS S117X High-Voltage SiC MOSFET Relays are available in a 6-DIP or SMD package type with a 1A contact form. Ideal applications include those requiring high voltage, high temperatures, and high frequency.
