ecomate® Overmolded Standard Cable Assemblies

Amphenol-Tuchel ecomate® Overmolded Standard Cable Assemblies provide advanced sealing capabilities in 4 and 7 position configurations as either a molded cable assembly or receptacle with wire leads. A high-quality resin secures the wire terminations into the connector housing, creating strain relief and extending the life of the assembly (500 mating cycles). Neoprene gaskets, silver contact plating, and a rapid screw locking coupling system ensure a reliable connection. The IP68 (when mated) cable assemblies are resistant to UV rays, corrosion, and a wide range of chemical fluids. Amphenol-Tuchel ecomate Overmolded Standard Cable Assemblies are offered in lengths from 0.3m to 15m, 16AWG or 14AWG diameters, and male or female terminations on one or both ends. Ideal applications are heavy equipment, construction, transportation, harsh environments, lighting and traffic control, and more.

ecomate® Connectors

Amphenol ecomate® Connectors offer an IP65 to IP69K rating range (in mated condition) for indoor and outdoor industrial applications. These circular, multiway connectors utilize durable plastic or metal construction with a circular bayonet, a quick-locking automatic, or a rapid coupling system option. The Amphenol ecomate family is robust and provides a maximum amperage/voltage range of 56A to 300A/600V to 900V, depending on the series. Suitable applications include factory automation, industrial, solar energy and power, heavy equipment, heavy duty, transportation, marine, entertainment/lighting, robotics, and more.

ecomate® Plastic Connectors

Amphenol-Tuchel ecomate® Plastic (C16) Connectors provide an IP65/67 rating (in mated condition) for industrial applications and incorporate the latest technology in a sealed, high-impact, lightweight, thermoplastic design. The ecomate® Plastic connectors feature a rapid threading coupling system for easy, reliable mating/unmating. The connectors are also available as ecomate® Overmolded Cable Assemblies with integrated uni-directional strain reliefs, highly flexible cables resistant to a wide range of chemical fluids while UV and corrosion-resistant. These circular plastic connectors are ideal for industrial applications. The Amphenol-Tuchel ecomate® Plastic (C16) Connectors are available in one shell size and four insert arrangements.
