The zinc oxide ceramic chip varistors feature low clamping voltages and low, stable leakage currents that reduce power consumption. While operating in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the MLVA-R Multilayer ESD Suppression Varistors also offer a wide 5.5VDC to 56VDC operating voltage range.
