AQW05/SDW05-01FTG Unidirectional TVS Diodes
Littelfuse AQW05/SDW05-01FTG Unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology. These TVS diodes provide a high Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection level for electronic equipment. The AQW05/SDW05-01FTG unidirectional TVS diodes absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC 61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. These diodes feature a 30A peak current (IPP), 6V minimum breakdown voltage, and 5V maximum reverse standoff voltage. Typical applications include battery protection, computer peripherals, medical equipment, notebooks/desktops/servers, point-of-sale terminals, switches/buttons, and test equipment/instrumentation.
