SECO S992-DISS-3-PK Heat Sink is designed to dissipate heat from the SBC-992-pITX modules. The SBC-992-pITX modules offer high performance and come in small dimensions. The high operating frequencies and the small size of the SBC-992-pITX modules lead to high heat generation. The S992-DISS-3-PK heat sink from SECO maintains the CPU within the allowed temperature range. An application-dependent cooling system should be designed to keep the heat sink temperature within the indicated range of the module. This cooling solution should be developed after evaluating the workload of the processor in the actual system application.
