This 30V enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) features exposed drain pad for an excellent thermal conduction and ESD protection. Typical applications include relay driver, high-speed line driver, low-side load switch, and switching circuits. The PMDXB550UNE MOSFET is designed using Trench MOSFET technology and is available in a leadless ultra-small DFN1010B-6 (SOT1216) plastic package.
