SML-P14RWT86/-P14R3WT86 Standard LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SML-P14RWT86/-P14R3WT86 Standard LEDs are near-infrared surface-mount chip LEDs featuring AlGaAs packed with milky white diffused resin. These LEDs operate reliably with a forward current of 50mA (typical) and 200mA (peak), supporting applications across consumer and industrial sectors. Key features include 100mW power dissipation, 5V reverse voltage, and a -40°C to 85ºC operating temperature range. The SML-P14RWT86 and SML-P14R3WT86 LEDs feature 26nm and 35nm typical spectral line half-width and 860nm and 940nm typical peak wavelength, respectively. These LEDs weigh around 0.00023g and are MSL Level 3 compliant.
