PANJIT MBR1060DC-AU Schottky Barrier Rectifier is a surface-mount rectifier with a 60V maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage. This rectifier features 10A (per diode)/20A (per device) maximum average forward current, 42V maximum RMS voltage, low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge current capability. The MBR1060DC-AU Schottky barrier rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified and is lead-free compliant with EU RoHS 2.0 and green molding compound as per IEC 61249 standard. This rectifier is available in the TO-263 package, and the terminals are solderable per MIL-STD-750, method 2026.
