DPO2039DABQ Dataline OVP Switch

Diodes Incorporated DPO2039DABQ Dataline Over Voltage Protection (OVP) Switch provides 4-channel OVP over CC1/2 and DIFF1/2 pins connected to the USB Type-C™ connector. These 4-channel provide short VBUS protection for the CC and DIFF pins over the USB Type-C connector. The DPO2039DABQ device is designed to draw its operating voltage primarily from the system power (VSYS) or the 1-cell battery inside the mobile system. The DPO2039DABQ device can obtain power from the external peripheral system when the battery inside a mobile system is fully depleted. Typical applications include desktops, mobile phones, VR/AR headsets, PC monitors, notebooks, universal and multimedia hubs, storage devices, docking stations, and universal AC/DC adapters.
