Toshiba 7UL1T125FU and 7UL1T126FU Integrated Circuits have a bus buffer with a 3-state output. The devices feature an operating supply voltage range of VCC = 2.3V to 3.6V. The high-level input voltage is up and down translation to the power supply voltage. These Toshiba Integrated Circuits have a 3.6V tolerant input with 3.6V power-down protection provided on the output.
