DI317H Positive Adjustable Voltage Regulator

Diotec Semiconductor DI317H Positive Adjustable Voltage Regulator features high input voltage, low voltage drop, and adjustable output voltage. This regulator includes UL 94V-0 case material and weighs approximately 0.32g. The DI317H positive adjustable voltage regulator is RoHS and REACH compliant. This regulator has positive polarity, SMD/SMT mounting style, and adjustable output type. The DI317H positive adjustable voltage regulator operates at the -40°C to 125°C temperature range and offers a 1.5A output current and a 1.25V to 37V output voltage range. This regulator is ideally used in high-efficiency linear regulators, switch mode DC-DC converters, and battery-backed-up regulated supply.
