The robust ribbon style contact interface provides reliable, repetitive plugging/unplugging. The contact carries either signal or power.  Available in board- or wire-mount, the I/O Interconnect System for IEEE 1394 features vibration resistance, shielding for EMI/RFI, and secure latching. Suitable for many applications.
